With the rapid growth of China's economy,the country's infrastructure construction is developing faster and faster,and the demand for large machinery is becoming more and more urgent.The truck crane plays a very important role in largescale infrastructure construction,both in the construction of the city,the construction of the building,road and airport construction,or the port of discharge,even the relief and rescue all cannot do without the automobile crane figure,limit its efficiency is much greater than the human work.In order to meet the rapid development of the infrastructure market,automobile crane development direction is also changing with the market demand,from small to large,from a single device to a variety of equipment,hoisting moment is more and more big,more and more high lifting tonnage.While the domestic automobile crane industry is still in the production of small tonnage,tonnage for most of the following 50 t,a few large tonnage truck crane production,performance and stability is poor,it is difficult to meet the market demand for large tonnage crane.The hydraulic system is one of the important components of the automobile crane,and the hydraulic circuit has a direct impact on the stability of the hoisting machinery.Therefore,it is necessary to study the hydraulic system of truck crane.There are four main hydraulic circuits for truck cranes,which are the hydraulic system of the outrigger system,the hydraulic system of the slewing system,the hydraulic loop of the luffing system,and the hydraulic circuit of the lifting system.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)The status and development of the truck crane and its hydraulic system are analyzed in detail.The composition of the hydraulic system in the truck crane is analyzed,and the important hydraulic loop and the lifting loop in the system are mainly summarized.Determine the use of AMESim software to determine the main content of this paper.(2)The luffing system of a certain type of 80 t truck crane and hoisting system as the research object,and the main hydraulic components of the two systems in mathematical modeling to determine the main parameters,the analysis of main factors influencing the performance of the system,the main cause of amplitude jitter in luffing system for each element,traffic is not reasonable,the balance valve opened fast and cause excessive hydraulic proportional valve reversing impact,the main reason why l systems affect the lifting two drop phenomenon as part of components in the system of internal leakage,oil compressibility and two lift oil filling delay.(3)By using AMESim simulation software,modeling of the luffing system and main hydraulic components,set the main parameters of each element,analyze the simulation of amplitude jitter,obtained by adjusting the balance valve back pressure makes the amplitude of bent arm low-speed operation,can effectively reduce the jitter of the arm.(4)Using the AMESim simulation software of hoisting system and the main hydraulic components modeling,set the main parameters of each component,the two lifting and sliding phenomenon simulation analysis,Through the former "passive oil supplement" mode changed into "active oil supplement" principle to avoid the occurrence of the decline.
