With the development of nuclear power in China,the development is advancing by leaps and bounds.After 30 years of development,China’s nuclear power has accumulated very experience,constantly implements the self-independence,automation and specialization of nuclear power in our country,and then move towards the world,the scale of the nuclear power industry development laid a solid foundation.This thesis is based on the production of the pressurized water reactor fuel element.Design and development automatic detection production line.This thesis through to the detection process of original fuel rods testing production line,production line layout,loading method,partial way,and the original fuel rods testing found that the main problems existing in the production line to use detailed analysis,formulated the fuel rods testing production line automation goals,and to analyze the current status of application of the domestic manufacturers,determine the design in this paper the design of the main direction of the transmission line system,automatic batch control program design and the design of transport chute.The design shall first determine the technical requirements of the transmission system design according to the technical requirements of the product inspection.Secondly,according to the principle of design,the design of the layout of the production line,the transmission frame and the transmission mechanism are determined.The design of the automatic batch control of fuel rods includes the design of the control function and the technical solution,which finally reaches the automatic batching control of the fuel rod.Fuel transfer chute design first according to the requirement of the use of transfer chute transfer chute design principles,and to carry on the design of target decomposition,finally worked out a design scheme of transport chute design includes the internal structure of the manger,function structure and the external support structure.The practical application results show that the production line is capable of automatic loading.In actual production application,the production line can improve the detection efficiency,reduce the operator labor intensity,and can be applied to the actual production testing,test automation is realized.
