With the improving of standards of living, the traffic condition is continuously worsed. It is a puzzle for the conveyance company and transportations manage department how to lower the driver's tiredness, make the process of shift gear more economic and comfortable. Using the study of the research experience in abroad for reference, according to our national actual circumstance, we developed an automatic transmission system that has the good function price ratio.The research of automatic transmission system for passenger car belongs to the advanced manufacture and automation technique research realm. In this paper, the direct current motor and step motor are selected. Instead of the system of hydraulic pressure and air pressure, it not only lowers the cost, but also simplifies the organization, raises the credibility, and has the higher control accuracy to take the car electric cell as the motive source directly. The controller part adopts the advanced electronics technique and fuzzy control method. The CAN-Bus is adopted to deliver data in each part of the system to make transmission line simplified consumedly, raise the credibility biggest, economize the room and system costs effectively.The experiment has proved that automatic transmission system can improve automobile performance greatly. So, the research of this topic has the important theories and the application values.
