With the rapid development of the automobile industry and social civilization,requirements of the vehicle power and economic continue to increase and emission performance requirements are increasingly stringent.The dynamic performance and economic performance of the vehicle are two important indexes to evaluate the quality of the vehicle.The good matching of the power transmission system is a key factor to ensure the dynamic performance and economic performance of the automobile.Nowadays,with the rapid development of computer technology,the simulation and calculation of computer can quickly determine the matching and optimization of transmission parameters,greatly shorten the development cycle and reduce the R&D cost of enterprises and research institutions.This paper takes the traction vehicle of a domestic automobile enterprise as the research object,and takes the power transmission system of the tractor as the main line,and puts forward the comprehensive performance evaluation index of the traction vehicle.Based on the theory of automobile dynamics,AVL-Cruise software is used to build the model of traction vehicle.The model is simulated and the results are compared with the experimental results,which verifies the confidence of the model.On the basis of this,according to the dynamic design requirements of the enterprise,the matching calculation and configuration scheme of existing dynamic components are determined,and final design method is optimized by applying the experimental design(DOE)and the optimization method.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The existing automobile power and fuel economy evaluation index are analyzed and evaluated,and the comprehensive evaluation system of the dynamic and fuel economy of traction vehicle is put forward.(2)On the basis of the dynamic performance of the car,the parameters of the powertrain components in the model are analyzed and selected.AVL-Cruise as a platform where a traction motor power component model and the whole vehicle model are built.The simulation calculation for the traction vehicle dynamic performance and economic performance is accomplished,and through the comparison with real vehicle road test result,the confidence level of the model validation is completed.That provides the basis for subsequent matching design and optimization.(3)According to the requirements of the enterprise dynamic design index,the existing power components are selected and matched.Through the simulation of the different combination scheme mainly block a gradability,full load acceleration 0-80 km/h time,top speed,constant speed fuel consumption,C-WTVC circulation condition of fuel consumption and engine working point distribution of the data,the simulation results are comparative analysis to determine the optimum solution.So it was realized that the computer simulation is used to calculate quickly generate the correctness of the result and solution.(4)By using Cruise software with the ISIGHT software simulation approach,adopted to optimize the design of the software in the DOE test and multi-objective genetic algorithm is combined with the optimization strategy,that complete the optimization of main reduction ratio of transmission ratio and the main reducer.The optimization results show that the presented optimization model and strategy method is reliable and effective,since the vehicle development can be used as reference.
