| As a kind of industrial building,which was invented by German,Hoffmaan kiln was introduced into China in the late 19th Century and has been developed and used so far.Because of its continuous kiln chamber and special roasting process,productivity and productivity are much higher than that of China’s intermittent kiln.The Passive system of fresh air is the core technology of realizing nature veutilation and non-intermittent production in the kiln.In this paper,the Passive system of fresh air is studied and analyzed,and the possibility of reforming and reusing the kiln is discussed.Through the use of CFD software to simulate the indoor ventilation effect of Hoffmann kiln under different space design methods,a set of design strategy can be studied and summarized,and applied to transformation and reuse design.The paper is divided into five chapters,the introduction part first summarizes the research background,and defines the research object,then expounds the research significance,the research actuality,the research method and the research framework.In the second one,the working principle and roasting process of Hoffmann Kiln are explored and the efficiency of the passive system of fresh air is evaluated.The third one studies the feasibility of the transformation and reuse of Hoffmann Kiln,and summarizes the cases which have been completed,especially the use of passive system of fresh air.The fourth one uses CFD software to study the indoor natural ventilation effect of Hoffmann kiln under different space design methods.Combining with the transformation and reuse design of Hoffmann Kiln of Jiangshan Village in Gaochun District,the design scheme is evaluated,and the optimization strategy is proposed and verified for the evaluation results.The fifth one puts forward the research conclusion,innovation point and deficiency,and opens a new perspective for the research and practice of the design of Hoffmann kiln in the future. |
