Inland shipping plays an important role in the transportation system in our country,and the ship lock is an important infrastructure and transportation hub on the inland river transportation route.In recent years,the development of shipping industry is very fast,and ship lock works at full load,even working at over load.And this condition is becoming more and more serious.The traditional method is to regularly stop shipping and repair manually,which wasting time and energy.What's more,this method has the possibility of missing detection.And it could not be monitored in real time which buried a great danger to the lock ship.Therefore,it is very important to monitor the health status of the ship lock in real time.In the technical means for monitoring the health status of large ship lock,vibration monitoring is of particular importance.Due to the long-term operation of the ship lock miter gate under the condition of low speed and heavy load,there was a serious abrasion in the door,added with to influence of external impact,such as large wave,water filling,water discharging,etc.For these reasons,the vibration of the ship lock miter gate will be aggravated.Especially when the vibration frequency closed to the natural frequency of the ship lock miter gate,it will cause the resonance of the gate body,and this condition can cause disastrous consequences for the miter gate.This paper takes the ship lock miter gate of the Gezhouba Dam 3#ship lock as the research object,and the vibration characteristics of the miter gate are taken as the starting point,what's more,the creation of three-dimensional model and modal analysis are carried out,and then,the natural frequencies and vibrational regions of the miter gate are determined.A remote on-line monitoring system for the vibration state of the ship lock miter gate is designed,and the real time acquisition and remote on-line monitoring of the vibration information of the ship lock miter gate are realized.The main contents of this paper include the following items:(1)the creation of three-dimensional model and modal analysis for the ship lock miter gate are carried out.According to the analysis results,the vibration frequency of the miter gate and the area with relatively concentrated vibration are determined.And vibration monitoring points and the design requirements of the system are determined.(2)According to the particularity of the structure,working condition and the monitoring requirements for the ship lock miter gate,the sensor,AD converter,master chip and other key devices are selected.The whole frame and the realization scheme of the remote monitoring system for the vibration state for the miter gate of the ship lock are designed.The hardware and software design of the lower computer for real time data acquisition and processing system based on FPGA and USB interface and the design of the control system and display system for the upper computer by Lab VIEW are completed.It can collect the vibration information of the miter gate in real time,display and store it.The system sends out an exception warning in time,and View historical data at any time.(3)The vibration experimental platform is set up,and test the entire circuit board,analysis and verify the system accuracy,and then the system was applied to the 3#gate of Gezhouba Dam,the results show that the system can quickly and effectively collect and transmit vibration signals.The precision reaches the expected standard,and the stability is great,what's more,it has obvious cost advantage.
