| Small reservoirs in Hunan province are numerous.After a long time of operation,most of them have problems —reservoir geological safety and stability of the leakage,cracks and other quality problems.In order to ensure normal operation,solving seepage problem processing,seismic liquefaction,sand silt dam foundation and aging equipment,hydrological observation equipment is not perfect.All of this is generally called reinforcement project.The reinforcement project is to repair the existing water conservancy projects.We should consider not only the normal operation of the original water conservancy projects,but also the repair of original projects and the on-site safety of the new projects.Many small reservoirs in Hunan also give consideration to irrigation,which is more important to ensure the normal operation of the original projects.The establishment and application of case risk assessment of engineering site safety management and reinforcement of small reservoir in Hunan province is in this paper.According to the mathematical model of the sort of major risk sources,we tried to establish control system of major hazard sources,combined with information technology,and to put forward management measures and technical measures of site safety management.Firstly,we analyze the present situation of foreign and domestic safety management,the safety management theory and information technology.This is combined with greatly reducing the incidence of accidents on site,and small reservoir in Hunan Province.The strengthening project site safety management were summarized.Secondly,analysis of Countermeasures of Hunan province for small reservoir reinforcement project site safety,safety management theory,combined with the dangerous source in the construction industry put forward the methods and forms of safety management evaluation,and the evaluation of the safety management measures,the operating conditions of risk evaluation method in detail the dangerous source of division.Thirdly,based on the theory of management and control,the information technology cloud services,big data and mobile communications are elaborated.Combined with the intelligent modules and sensing technologies in the current water conservancy projects,the automation system for on-site safety monitoring of waterconservancy projects is envisaged.Finally,based on hazard analysis and identification,combined with the characteristics of water conservancy project site hazards,construction site hazard index system,to the three grade index of drilling grouting and concrete engineering and other important indicators in level two segments,individual evaluation and application of water soluble reservoir,to establish the site evaluation index the expert score,and the engineering implementation of the fuzzy evaluation through questionnaires,the final assessment of the reservoir state is relatively safe. |
