| The informationization level of China’s construction industry is low,and both the country and construction enterprises are actively promoting the informationization development of the construction industry.Road and bridge engineering is a typical large-scale infrastructure construction project.As a pioneer carrier undertaking the upgrading of engineering management informatization,there are few studies on the construction of road and bridge engineering management informatization system,technology and management from the perspective of Synergetics,so it is necessary to carry out research on its collaboration at the theoretical and application levels.Starting from the theory of project management,utilizing information technology and the concept of collaborative management,a project management model based on a collaborative perspective is proposed to solve the communication and collaboration problems faced by road and bridge engineering project management.This is the main component of achieving full process digital control and digital delivery in the engineering field.The systematic information technology and collaborative thinking have brought a new approach to construction project management,providing the possibility of achieving comprehensive digitization in the engineering field from the perspective of management concepts and methods.This study aims to improve the management efficiency and efficiency of road and bridge engineering projects,takes Synergetics as the theoretical basis,considers the collaborative goals and needs of various stakeholders of road and bridge engineering,introduces the information management system as a means,and puts forward the relevant element framework and quantitative evaluation model for the construction of road and bridge engineering information management system.Based on the construction and implementation background of multiple road and bridge engineering project management informatization,this research starts from the basic theories related to Synergetics,information technology,engineering management,etc.,adopts expert interview,literature research,questionnaire survey and AHP analytic hierarchy process,and combines qualitative and quantitative research methods,from management collaboration,organization collaboration,technology collaboration A hierarchical model of the constituent factors of the road and bridge engineering management information system based on the perspective of collaboration has been constructed and improved from the five aspects of economic collaboration and environmental collaboration.In response to the evaluation of the construction level of the management information system for the Yangxin Yellow River Bridge project,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used as the main evaluation model,and the IPA analysis method is used to further refine the evaluation results,identify factors and indicators with high importance and low satisfaction,and propose targeted optimization strategies.Finally,from a macro perspective,this study proposes a supplementary strategy for building a system for the universality of information technology in road and bridge engineering management,covering four aspects: reasonable planning of collaborative goals,improvement of technical collaboration standards,improvement of data linkage efficiency,and strengthening of talent cultivation in information management.This study integrates collaborative theory into project management using information systems as a means as an innovation point,in order to construct a model for the information system and evaluation of road and bridge engineering,enhance the interaction of information among all parties in road and bridge engineering,and enhance the coordination of construction activities,thereby improving the overall efficiency and benefits of road and bridge projects. |
