With the acceleration of China's urbanization construction process,the state has vigorously promoted the industrialization of construction to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.The precast concrete structure has the advantages of high production efficiency,good product quality,little impact on the environment,and favorable sustainable development.In the precast concrete structure,the precast concrete frame and the shear wall structure are two main structural torms.Among them,the framework structure is widely used.This paper takes the Jiangdu District Logistics Park assembled concrete frame structure office building project as the background,mainly carried out the following research:The importance of the precast structure to the development of China's construction industry is analyzed.The related technologies and research results of the precast concrete frame structure are summarized.The promotion and application of the precast frame structure are explored based on engineering application,quality and safety management..The precast concrete frame structure is one of the main forms of precast concrete structures.It is summarized that the precast concrete frame structures are divided into dry joints and wet nodes according to different joint forms,and the typical types of nodes are analyzed.National standards and content for the development of precast buildings;analysis of the basic requirements for quality and safety management.The component quality level is the basis of the assembled structure quality,and the on-site installation technology is the guarantee of engineering quality.Combining the engineering practice of the assembled concrete frame office building project of Jiangdu District Logistics Park,the production process and construction site of the precast components of the precast concrete structure are studied through the fabrication,construction and installation of precast columns,beams,wall panels and laminated panels.The installation process,analysis of its construction methods,summarizing key technologies;analyzing targeted quality and safety management measures,quality management mainly includes the determination of quality control points,process quality control and quality acceptance,and special aspects in safety management.Construction plans,temporary support system settings and safety management measures.Building information model technology is an important auxiliary means for assembly structure application.BIM technology information can be used to build precast components for precast components used in engineering,so as to facilitate timely retrieval of information of each precast component during construction.Management;virtual construction through BIM technology can deepen the construction plan,so as to timely discover the collisions and other problems in the design,do a good job of quality control,and promote the smooth realization of the project objectives.
