The conventional polyester fiber in the dry environment is easy to produce static electricity,which is harmful to the human body and generates the fire and explosion in some specific situations.Therefore,it is important for insulated fiber to become the conductive fiber in life or the industry.In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the application of conductive fiber in antistatic than other aspects are more and more widely,such as electromagnetic shielding materials,heating products,sensor products and functional materials etc..Therefore,the experimental research on the preparation of the conductive fiber was presented in this subject.The main research contents of this paper include three aspects:the surface roughening treatment of polyester fiber,the preparation of pet conductive fiber and electroless the copper plating method by dissolving coating method.The processing parameters,such as the concentration of sodium hydroxide,the best coarsening process of coarsening time and coarsening temperature,were determined by the study of microstructure,conductivity and fiber weight reduction rate of fiber after surface roughening treatment process.The processing parameters,such as the optimum carbon content,coating liquid in the polyester content and coating time,were determined through conductivity,washable properties and mechanical properties in the dissolution coating method.The processing parameters,such as the optium electroless temperature,the optimum pH and additives(bipyridine)concentration,were determined by the macro morphology,microstructure and conductive fiber plating speed changes,etc.in electroless copper plating method.The findings are following:1.When the concentration of sodium hydroxide,the coarsening temperature and the coarsening time are 80g/L,80?,and 40 minutes,respectively,the fiber presents the roughening obviously.The mechanical properties of the crude fiber were less than that of raw polyester fiber.2.For the polyester conductive fiber by dissolving coating method,when the content of polyester fiber in the coating solution,the content of conductive conductex and the coating time were 4%,5%,and 40 seconds,the volume resistivity of prepared conductive fiber remains at 10~2~10~3?·cm after 45 times water washing.The fiber has little change in the mechanical property and presents good thermal stability before and after washing.The resistance has little change when the tensile strain reached 0.08.3.For the polyester conductive fiber by electroless copper plating method,when the plating temperature,PH value and additive concentration were 45?,12.5 and20mg/L,the prepared conductive fibers presented red.The fiber surface presented uniform and dense by SEM and EDS,respectively.The drop layer,bubble and wrinkle were not observed after hot and cold cycling treatment of conductive fiber.
