With the large-scale non-linear load,impact load,fluctuating load and the large-scale use of power electronic devices,coupled with all kinds of new energy power generation equipment access system,the pollution level of power quality is more serious,and the pollution is more complicated.The Power companies,electricity users and electrical equipment manufacturers increasingly concerned about the power quality problems,a variety of power quality control compensation device is widely used in the engineering.How to detect the power quality of the electrical equipment,tolerance and governance compensation device governance effect has become an urgent need to solve the problem.Power quality generator is an important tool for the study of power quality and experiment.In the analysis of the domestic and foreign existing power quality problems based on the device,according to the power function setting and technical index of quality problems of device,this paper studied a kind of electric energy in the form of research project quality problems based on the novel device.The main contents of this paper include:1)First of all,the paper introduces the engineering background and research significance of the power quality problem,expatiates the control technology of the power quality problem,and leads to the requirements and necessity of the power quality problem tolerance test of the electrical equipment.At the same time,the research status and significance of power quality problem generator are expounded.2)According to the function setting and technical index design of the main circuit topology,the working principle of the three-phase voltage doubler rectifier circuit is analyzed.The three-phase three-level inverter circuit and the three-level SPWM modulation technology Working principle is described.The design principle of inverter output LC filter is analyzed and designed.3)The control system of the power quality problem generator is designed,which includes Electrical control circuit,the inverter drive signal circuit,the voltage and current4)detection and conditioning circuit,the power supply circuit of the driving board,and the working principle thereof.The control scheme of DC bus voltage feed-forward controls the speed of output voltage in real time.The principle of synthesis of different power quality command signals is analyzed,and the instruction format of power quality problem is explained.4)The structure of the digital control system of the power quality problem generator is designed,and the digital realization method of the three-level SPWM modulation technology and the power quality problem instruction is analyzed.Finally,the design process of the control system software based on ARM is given,including software resources Configuration,main program and interrupt program design.5)According to the system parameters,the experimental platform is designed and the main contents of the research design are verified.The experimental results verify the rationality and correctness of the design of the device system.
