Design And Implementation Of Multiple Signal Source For Underwater Acoustic Equipment Debugging

Acoustic circuit equipment debugging often works in oceans,lakes and other conditions.Different acoustic equipment should be provided in different types of signal.Analog circuit should be provided sinusoidal signal,triangle wave,frequency sweep signal.Digital circuit often needs CW,PWM modulation signal,also sometimes working based on the collected water data to send special data waveform signal.The traditional signal source equipments' volume are large,and transmit waveform signal type is fixed,communication mode single.According to the special requirements of environment,testing conditions and signal type,this paper designs a portable multipurpose signal source for underwater acoustic equipment debugging using.First of all,this paper describes the domestic and foreign development present situation of the signal source,and the signal source parameters at present,and expounds the principle of generating various signals and arbitrary waveform signal generation.With the TMS320vc5509 a as the core designing the hardware circuit,completes the minimum system of DSP,digital to analog conversion circuit,extended memory circuit,intelligent terminal serial port communication,data access circuit and power supply circuit design scheme.The digital analog conversion circuit using high-speed DAC chip AD5447,and with using a high speed operational amplifier ADA4857.Part of the software using C language in CCS3.3 development environment for programming design,and realizing the function of self inspection system,intelligent data terminal interaction,FAT32 file system.Use the MAT LAB software to make the programming of rom file table.Finally,complete the self-test function testing,all kinds of waveforms on the output of the system for performance index analysis.The experimental results show that the equipment can meet the design requirements,achieving the function of fixed waveform and special waveform.
