Study On Agent-Based Evacuation Simulation Evaluation Of Ship Passengers

The accessibility of ship personnel evacuation is of great significance to improve the safety performance of ship personnel evacuation in a marine accident.As Evacuation simulation is an important means to analyze the accessibility of the ship,how to set up a personnel model to reflect the true characteristics of the personnel evacuation behavior is the core problem.Therefore,this paper established ship evacuation simulation platform on the basis of personnel Agent model's detailed design,built accessibility evaluation model and evaluated ship evacuation accessibility combined with simulation results,which provided the theoretical basis for the layout optimization and evacuation management.Firstly,combined with the real evacuation behavior of passengers,the personnel Agent model structure and each module has been designed,including oval perception module simulating human visual pattern,path planning module based on A* algorithm,motion module based on improved social force and knowledge modules avoiding conflict and formating the linear pedestrian channel.The simulation results of 11 tests involving in the IMO MSC/Circ.1238.proved the rationality and feasibility of personnel Agent model.Then,the ship evacuation simulation platform was designed on the basis of a ship evacuation system framework.The platform realised the initial interface and simulated passengers evacuation for a ro-ro passenger ship.The accuracy of the simulation system was verified by comparing the simulation data with the results of the MSC/Circ.1238.Finally,this paper constructed the ship personnel evacuation accessibility index system according to the ship evacuation process,proposed the concept of the accessibility assessment index by using input-output efficiency for reference and established accessibility evaluation model on the basis of data envelopment analysis(DEA).The model was used to assess and analyze the ship evacuation of accessibility,which gave recommendations for the improvement of the ship general arrangement and evacuation management.
