Strategic ballistic missile equipped in submarines are important weapon to implement the second nuclear attack,therefore to design a performance launch system is very important.With the rapidly development of submarine-launched missiles,and its launch system has also been a corresponding development,in order to improve the quick reaction capability of the submarine,the submarine must have the capability of variable depth launch.Currently,the most advanced underwater missile launching system is change the depth of the gas-steam launch system.In this paper,using the emulating calculation combined with the numerical simulation approach to study the launch interior ballistic of the gradually flushed gas-steam launch system.Firstly,written the emulation program in Fortran and verified;secondly using the control variables method to study of energy utilization factor,kinetic energy coefficient,pressure coefficient impact on emission inside the ballistic and how to implement variable depth emission;and finally the application of CFD technology VOF model and DPM models simulate the evaporation and vaporization process of the pre-injection water and the gradual water.Obtained by simulation,these three amendments to a positive correlation coefficient for the missile out of the cylinder speed,the more bigger of the correction coefficient,the more greater of speed,the more shorter of time;for the gas temperature,the more larger of the energy utilization factor,the more higher of the temperature;the more larger of the kinetic coefficient and the pressure coefficient,the more lower of the temperature.And launching depth of 18-62m will be divided into 11 grads by 4m,each grad corresponds to a water powder ratio,launching depth deeper need small water powder ratio.Through numerical simulations,pre-injection water finished evaporates at 0.01s;the flow of the water state in two-thirds of the holes flipped type,most of the rest of the cavitating type,only several holes are single-phase type.
