The Numerical Simulation Of Ship Launching Process In Restricted Water And Environmental Impact

With development of the times and science and technology,the modern shipbuilding industry has been developing at an alarming rate,and there are some new features in shipbuilding at the same time.However,many shipyards in China still use longitudinal gravity launching as one of important launching methods.Ship launching is a crucial link in the life cycle of ships,and how to forecast the launching process more quickly and accurately is very important.The main content of this paper was to study the action and reaction of ship launching under a certain restricted area.The numerical analysis software LS-DYNA was used to calculate the launching process by kinetic method.First,the finite element software PATRAN was used to establish a three-dimensional model of hull,berth and surrounding water and air domain.Then,this thesis utilized LS-DYNA fluid-structure interaction function on the numerical simulation of ship launching under a certain restricted area.The simulation considered not only ship's longitudinal motion and vertical motion,but also ship's lateral movement,so as to simulate the movements of all kinds of dynamic forces of ship launching.Through the numerical simulation method,this thesis could accurately forecast dynamic parameters at every moment in the process of ship launching.Based on the control variable method,this thesis studied the effect of different parameters on the launching process to found the safest,most efficient launching parameter.Among them,the parameters considered included the launching weight,the distance between ship's center of gravity and shore,and the influence of wind load and rudder load.Another study in this paper was to analyze the effect of ship launching on the surrounding environment,which was the safety of ship launching.By analyzing the influence of different process parameters on ship launching and the impact on the surrounding environment,in the paper,some certain meaningful conclusions were drawn.For calculating the ship launching process more quickly and accurately in the future,this paper provided a reference.
