The Applicability Of Evaporative Cooling In Countries Around 'The Belt And Road Initiative'

The continuously development of ‘The Belt and Road Initiative'(referred as ‘B&R')has created conditions to go abroad for many advanced technology in China.Countries along ‘The Belt and Road Initiative' are mostly emerging economies and developing countries and lower than US $ 3,000 with per capita GDP are still quite a few.The demand for energy-saving and economical technology is bigger.The summer outdoor dry bulb temperature of countries along ‘The Belt and Road Initiative' mostly are higher than 35?.The traditional mechanical refrigeration needs high initial investment,operation and maintenance cost.So it's unable to meet most people's comfort requirements by mechanical refrigeration.Evaporative cooling use the renewable energy of dry air which is green,energy saving,environmental protection and economic.Latent heat of air is absorbed when water evaporate,then the temperature of air is reduced.It is highly compatible with the economic and energy conditions of countries along ‘The Belt and Road Initiative'.Countries along ‘The Belt and Road Initiative' mostly are tropical desert climate,tropical monsoon climate,temperate continental climate,and the renewable energy of dry air is abundant.They are natural conditions of evaporative cooling applications.At the same time the sandstorm often appears in those countries,while evaporative cooling can be used as wet filter to filter out the outdoor air,improving indoor air quality.Therefore,evaporative cooling has broad application prospects and great development space in countries along ‘The Belt and Road Initiative'.In this paper,the applicability of evaporative cooling is studied in the background of‘The Belt and Road Initiative',and it provides theoretical guidance for the application of evaporative cooling in the countries.Mainly from the following four aspects to research and analysis:(1)The climatic and economic conditions,the renewable energy of dry air for countries along ‘The Belt and Road Initiative' is finishing summary,and exploring the applicability of evaporative cooling.At the same time,the suitable statistical method of outdoor design parameters for evaporative cooling are obtained by compared and analyzed the processing six statistical methods.And then the design parameters of evaporative cooling in China are modified.It is more accurate and reasonable when evaporative coolingis designed and applicied.(2)Using the new design parameters,operation mode and outlet air(water)temperature of evaporative cooling in countries around ‘The Belt and Road Initiative' are obtained.It predictes the application effect and provides theoretical guidance for the application of evaporative cooling in ‘The Belt and Road Initiative'.(3)The suitable application form of evaporative cooling in countries around ‘The Belt and Road Initiative' is summarized.From the two aspects of passive evaporative cooling and traditional evaporative cooling,the wide application forms are introduced.It provides reference for the design and application in countries around ‘The Belt and Road Initiative'.(4)The related calculation program is compiled by using the computer language.The related staffs can directly query and calculate parameters when they design,which greatly reduced the workload of design and calculation.Simultaneously it can provide some support to promote the use of evaporative cooling in countries around ‘The Belt and Road Initiative'.
