The bath sewage is carried away with a lot of heat that can be recycled,resulting in a large amount of energy waste.On the other hand,in recent years,the technology of using grain power storage in China has also become mature.According to this,taking the Shenyang Jianzhu University bath center as the main line,put forward a system of coupling valley electric heat storage boiler with sewage source heat pump which running at night valley electricity.The system design and analysis of this coupled heating system are also carried out.This paper discusses the working principle and characteristics of the sewage source heat pump and the advantages of the electric hot water boiler using the energy storage of the valley.By a survey of Shenyang Jianzhu University bath center did by student,analysis of the two seasons,winter and summer,and the main content is time,time of duration,suitable water temperature.The water consumption of bath water was measured and the fluctuation of water consumption was analyzed and the maximum amount of water used was calculated.The water temperature and water quality are analyzed,the temperature of bath water,tap water,sewage and the system form of the water source heat pump are determined.Sewage temperature drop 20?,for example,we analyzed Shenyang Jianzhu university's bath sewage waste heat recovery potential.The necessity of auxiliary heat source is analyzed and the auxiliary heat source form is determined.Combining with the relevant system design research to obtain the data basis,design a set of sewage-source heat pump coupling valley electric boiler system,heating system and the coupling of load calculation and equipment selection system.Using TRNSYS simulation software as a platform,the simulation analysis of tap water temperature is 10?,the preparation water is 45? or the preparation of 60? hot water bath sanitary hot water,different water temperature drop of the system running status,as well as to the heat pump system,compressor power and COP of the system.And the rear of coal-fired boiler,gas boiler,sewage-source heat pump coupling valley electric heat storage boilers,three ways for an energy efficiency analysis,system investment payback period analysis and pollution gas analysis of energy saving and emission reduction.It is concluded that in the supply of the same heat,the water source heat pump coupled valley boiler consumes the least amount of energy.The investment payback period of this coupling system is 4.8 years.Compared with the coal-fired boilers,the CO2 emissions will be reduced by 618.08 tons per year,and the amount of SO2 emissions will be reduced by 20.21 tons.Compared with the gas boiler,the CO2 emission can be reduced by 486.8 tons per year,and the emission of SO2 is 15.91 tons.The coupling valley electric boiler system of sewage source heat pump has a great advantage in economy and environmental protection.
