Nuclear power plant main control room is a flow of information center which nuclear power plant daily tasks run in.The main control room of console desk layout design concerns the daily operation of a nuclear power plant safety and efficiency of task execution.It also influences the physical and mental fatigue of the operation staff.Currently the main control room design mostly relies on designers' past experience and competent judge lacking of objectivity and rationality.The paper aims to improve the relative position of the main control room console desk sets and HMI layout to improve operation staff efficiency.First of all,for issues related to nuclear power plant control room layout reference domestic and foreign main control room design standards,on issues related to main control room layout are analyzed.It can provide a basis for main control room layout ergonomic design.Second,analysis two aspects that are the relative position and man-machine interface layout of console desk.Use of operating chain link between the value chain analysis method to determine the relative positional relationship between the console desks.Multi-line muliticolumn of components on the console desk are analysis and propose distribution model,using particle swarm algorithm of multi-line multi-column layout elements.The relative position between the member group to consider the relevance of the layout of two factors operating between the error rate and the location where the element group element set,and use to complete based on Fitts' operator error rate theory and mathematical models based on principal component analysis of the correlation component groups layout.Third,construction of the main control room based Virtools virtual simulation platform for the operation staff to operate daily tasks,test and verify human factors engineering of the main control room.Finally,based on the main control room layout methods to design the main control room arrangement,the layout scheme proposed to be checked in the UG model.And on a virtual platform simulation,verification optimization program for improving the control room personnel to perform tasks with efficiency and accuracy practicable significance.
