Power enterprises have a large number of power equipment and are typical asset-intensive enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively manage power equipment is of great significance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of power enterprises.In the early days,the staff managed the electric equipment by writing down the records,which was time-consuming and laborious and prone to misremember and omit the records.At present,RFID tags are widely used in power equipment management tasks,but most of them are used offline and only as identification,without realizing the online IoT of equipment.In order to solve the above problems and realize the effective management of power equipment,this paper designs and implements the power equipment monitoring and management system based on the Internet of things technology.This paper mainly designs two levels of the perceived label and power equipment monitoring management platform.The perceived label has both perception and data interaction capabilities,and has an identity function.The STM32F103RCT6 microcomputer is equipped with a variety of sensors to collect the displacement,attitude and temperature and humidity of the electric equipment,the coupling of identity identification and perception parameters is realized through the UHF RFID module and data transfer is completed through the NB-IoT module.The power equipment monitoring management platform mainly uses technologies such as Java EE,Spring MVC,Tomcat Server and My SQL database,mainly designed for front-end pages,background servers,and databases to achieve process and visual display of parameter data collected by the perceived label.Records of power equipment on account,equipment operation and maintenance,and reporting of information,etc.,thereby implementing equipment full life cycle management.Complete the development of perception label and power equipment monitoring and management platform,test the system to verify the system function,first test the network communication.After the network test is successful,the perception label is uploaded by the collection of data.Temperature,humidity,displacement,and posture can also been recorded at each stage of power equipment.It is proven that the system in this paper has achieved both power equipment full life cycle management and real-time monitoring of perceptual parameters. |
