It is very important for us to solve a series of problems in the traditional design process through the pre-simulation of the construction process and the fine preparation of the project implementation.More than a decade ago,there was a major breakthrough in the field of architecture which was the production of CAD technology.It makes paint workers,from "paper" to " computer ".At present,the BIM(Building Information Modeling)can make the design of the drawing from " computer line" to " 3D display "BIM design is to show the architectural of the building in 3d design software.It can make architectural forms such as beam,floor,walls,pillars,doors and Windows,have a solid state.At the same time,material properties and mechanical properties can be reflected in the ancillary artifacts.It also can be realized in the floor plan,elevation,section and any changes to the 2D drawings will be able to immediately show the elevation and section.That can maximize the ascension of the architect’s drawing quality and accurate.This paper starts from the contents of relevant research projects at home and abroad,summarizes the development background and importance of BIM,coupled with the country issued by the relevant policies,guidelines,standards,analyzed the specific projects at the design stage in the process of implementing steps and procedures,And the process was compared with the traditional design process.Can not only reflects the drawbacks existing in traditional design from the side,and explains the use of BIM technology in the design process from the front of the building 、 structure 、 Electrical and mechanical professional in the concrete implementation.eventually the actual operation process of BIM technology is analyzed with a commercial complex project,and use the pictures to presented the whole process of operation and the final model results.In this process of the actual project operation,it has many difficulties aboutconstruction,such as: basement complex piping、pipe collision,building functional partition,structure more complicated,difficultly to accurately locate the complicated pipe through the wall、straight curtain wall construction of the installation process is relatively complex,etc.Combined with new design technology(BIM)and reference to the corresponding national norms,standards and guidelines,to set up a detailed 3d model,using this model,combined with the content of the specific application,plus one integrate the convenience brought by the used in the actual project,all the information that needs to be considered when building an engineering project in the model,At the same time,we can presented the design,construction and operation of the project in the actual project in advance.therefore avoiding a series of unpredictable construction,saving materials and shortening construction period.At the same time,the point of attention should be introduced in the process of project implementation.Through the summary of literature research、the setting of norms,standards and guidelines in different parts of the country、research on the application of BIM model of a commercial complex,At the end of the paper,we summarize the development direction about BIM in the future of China,and put some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,It is expected that the development of BIM technology can provide people with more comfortable,healthy and green living environment and promote the change of construction industry. |
