The autoclaved aerated concrete block as a new kind of material is widely used in building materials industry,is because of its good thermal insulation,high strength,light weight,environmental protection and energy saving,etc.As a kind of green new wall materials,how it can be better used in building structural load bearing system has become a research direction in the future.In this paper,the autoclaved aerated concrete masonry compressive properties and shear properties of the analysis are discussed at the same time also analyzed the physical mechanics property of the block,to further improve the autoclaved aerated concrete specification provides a theoretical basis.In this paper,the strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete block,dry density,moisture content,water absorption and cube block and prism block size effect are studied and analyzed.Results show that the strength of the block is 4.1 MPa,intensity was lower than those of normal concrete,the dry density of 558 kg/m3,the moisture content is 1.3%,bibulous rate is 63.5%,the cube block size effect is not obvious,and the elastic modulus decreases with the increase of prism block size.In autoclaved aerated concrete masonry,on the basis of compressive strength test,the influence factors of masonry compression strength are discussed.The results show that the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry and mortar strength and block strength,mortar joint thickness,draw the corresponding stress-strain curve at the same time,it is concluded that elastic modulus and poisson's ratio values,regression formula of compressive strength of the masonry structure,the calculated results are in good agreement with the test results.This article also of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry shear strength were studied and analyzed.Results show that the shearing strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete masonry with mortar joint thickness,mortar strength and curing time,shear area,thin mortar joint shear strength of masonry is less than the thick ash masonry shear strength,but also return out of the masonry shear strength calculation formula.
