In recent years,the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction of production safety accidents happened continuously,the construction industry caused great loss of property and serious harm to workers' physical and mental health,to the construction industry safety production development has brought great impact.A certain amount of safety investment in the construction industry can greatly reduce the occurrence of accidents,and the safety input is not in place is the main cause of the accident.Most construction enterprises do not know how to allocate the safety input cost effectively,but only blindly allocate the cost,so that these costs can not be reasonable and effective,so that casualties continue to appear.Therefore,it is very important to study the reasonable allocation of safety investment in construction industry,which is of great significance to promote the safety and smooth production of construction industry and reduce the production safety accidents in construction industry.Firstly,through careful study of the domestic and foreign investment in the construction industry safety aspects related to the theoretical basis,introduces the definition of safety investment in construction industry,safety cost,extraction ratio and source,and detailed reasons for production safety accident of construction project work,combined with the accident case analysis of the relationship between the cause of the accident and safety input.On this basis,the safety input costs distribution survey design construction projects,26 construction projects by the 20 construction company has recently completed the survey,these projects are the project production safety situation is good and the 26 project includes the construction project of common types,according to the distribution of different types of safety input data items from the questionnaire are summarized and analysis.Considering the different construction projects are classified,the construction project of each category by investigation of the level of risk index with Likert 5 points to quantify and then put these construction projects in accordance with the size of the risk index are classified,and different types of research projects should be how to carry out safety investment allocation so as to obtain different types of construction the safety of the project cost allocation table.The data analysis of the questionnaire shows that because of the different categories and risk index of the project,the distribution ratio of the project's safety input cost is quite different.First of all,regardless of the type of construction projects,pay more attention to the cost of safety education investment.Even if the same category of construction projects,if their risk level index is not the same,the proportion of security investment distribution is also different.In the construction project of high risk,site safety and civilized construction measures costinvestment proportion is bigger than the low risk categories project investment proportion,in addition to new technology and subcontracting construction project quantity,must increase the safety management and subcontractor supervision cost.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the reasonable allocation of safety investment costs in construction projects,and provide important guidance for the construction industry to reduce production safety accidents,so as to ensure the safe and healthy development of the construction industry.
