The Study On The Spatial Morphology Of The Eco-Community Based On Low Impact Development Concept

The eco-community is an important way to improve the living environment under the condition of the worse urban eco-environment in China.At the same time,with frequent waterlogging in the city,the theory and practice of Low Impact Development has been paid more and more attention,which embodies the protective development of water and land,and can be consistent with the connotation of the eco-community.Based on analyzing the domestic and foreign related theory and practice experience,we bring in the new perspective of LID to the spatial patterns of eco-community,to take rainwater management into account.This paper defines the connotation of the eco-community development based on LID,analyzed its characteristics,cleared the significance of the combination of LID concept and eco-community,and systematically summarized the research content of the space forms.The study of the spatial form refers to the block and the organizational relationship between them.Based on detailed analysis of LID concept of European eco-community cases,we summed up the LID facilities and selection principles.Following the clear LID target set by upper planning guidance,we carried on LID facility layout and the rain water flow organization in the community level and the block level respectively,and cleared the concrete influence to spatial form by LID design.In the analysis of the characteristics of spatial form,firstly summarize the general characteristics of the eco-community,and then optimize the different elements of the spatial configuration by combining LID design.The spatial form of the block is discussed from the four types of space,such as the street space,the size of the block,the capacity of the block and the space layout.The relationship between the blocks will link the blocks as a whole,to achieve the LID goal of the eco-community.The LID concept put forward different requirements to the land use layout,road traffic and green space of the eco-community,and the management mechanism provides a powerful guarantee for the implementation of LID concept.
