The Research For The Construction Strategies Of Resource-saving And Environment-friendly Urban Living Community

"Resource-saving and environment-friendly" social construction is a long–termstrategic task in Chinese economic society.Communities as the new micro publicspaces and important areas of daily life to undertake social management and publicservices, are not only the platform formed by the values, but also the basis for theimplementation of he management, services and facilities, which play an importantand fundamental role in "resource-saving and environment-friendly" socialconstruction.“two-oriented society" has shown the framework of a new social action:the goals of community building having been changed from grass-roots socialmanagement and service system construction to building of the new lifestyle, thecommunity building power from the government-led social action to the Government,business and society to work together to promote.At present, the study of the academic community for the two-orientedsociety"ocused on the macro level of institutional innovation, economic development andenvironmental planning, urban ring but negated the micro-level areas of daily life.Studies and applications about "two-oriented society" are at the exploratory stage.Studies based on community social-space continuum nature and comprehensivelyconsidered community building combined with sociology and planning architecture isuncommon. So the exploration about the construction of two types of communitystrategies aims to fill the blank of the related theory, and improve and supplementtheory and practice on the living space of urban planning.This paper first reviews the theoretical foundation and practical background andanalyzes the relationship between the composition and the elements of the two typesof urban living community. On the basis of the concept of classification ofideological and material entity, each element is summarized in two levels, thesoftware (including community-based organizations and community awareness) andhardware (including the main body of he community, community functions, thephysical environment and facilities).Then the paper from the two levels, respectivelydiscusses the significance of the two types of community building, the construction of the current situation and problems and promotes strategies suited to China’snational conditions and two types of community development. This article advocatesthat government, business, community organiza-tions, community individuals and so on linkage to create two types of culture and the type of lifestyle, and communityorganizations play a full part in the construction of two types of communities andcultivation of two types of consciousness; encourages the community members ofmixed and homogeneous living way and the diversification of community functions;in the construction of community physical space, introduces the expansion of theuse of low impact development model in the planning field to use in buildingconstruction and layout, organization of traffic, cultivation of environmental andecological systems, and restoration of community green space system; etc. Finally, onthe public space as a whole to create, the paper analyzes the creation of two typesof human environment from the external space sites and facilities.
