The total amount of land used for urban construction in our country become out of control because the rapid urbanization,with the structural imbalance.Ring structure expansion lead to the high-density urban.Under the weather of heavy extremely rain,large amounts of impermeable land surface will cause quantity of storm water runoff,possibly the flood in city.The hydrological conditions of the city changed seriously.The situation of cold region community will be more serious for the sake of special geographical environment,climate factors and social factors.The introduction of low impact development(LID)mode in cold region community can not only solve the problem of stormwater management,but also the way to protect the ecological environment in cold regional city.Research put forward with scheme of space layout optimization in cold region community based on the LID concept.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,summarizes the related research,policies,regulations and the practice at home and abroad.Analyses the advantage and significance of LID abroad,also the deficiency existing in our country;Combing the concept,development,principle and target of LID;Make a contrast analysis of LID and other stormwater management system;Expounds the practice of LID in our country: The Sponge City.Select Cheneng Creek Green as the typical cold region community,and analyses its climate,topography,space layout and other characteristics,then establish the SWMM model according to the research situation.Carry out the simulation and analyses the results of 3 measures to manage stormwater: rain garden,porous pavement,green roof,Under the rainfall designed rainfall reappearing period of 0.5,3,5,10,50 years.Draw the conclusion that these 3 measures can play an efficient role in reducing runoff volume and peak runoff,runoff coefficient.But the result will decrease with the augmentation of the rain or adopting one measure only,so we should take a combination use of them.According to the stormwater control objective of the sponge city,design LID spatial arrangement optimization plan.Simulate the effect of stormwater control under different rainfall reappearing period,Comparison and analysis of low impact development layout optimization plan`s effect in the catchment area of surface runoff and drain flow.It is concluded that there are obvious effects in reducing the total runoff,peak runoff and reducing runoff coefficient,But with the enhancement effect of rainfall gradually weakened.Optimizing the specific material,area and related parameters of the low-impact development facility,The simulation results are compared and analyzed.The results show that,After the optimization of low-impact development measures to reduce runoff effect is significant,Improve the ability in the situation of large rainfall.Evaluating the effect of low impact development spatial arrangement optimization plan,When the return period of rainfall is 0.5 years and 3 years,LID optimization design total annual runoff control to meet the requirements of the sponge city,The total cost of the economy cost about 5.7394 million yuan.According to the analysis summed up the optimization strategy,In order to provide valuable suggestions and references to our country`s cold residential stormwater management development in the future.
