With the rapid development of economy in China,the construction of rural residential buildings also enters a period of rapid development.However,the rural residential buildings in design,construction quality and building energy saving technology have a lot of problems as the rural residential construction has great spontaneity and blindness.The weather in northern region of China is so cold that the consumption of heat in winter is very large,and people in the region always use coalfired boiler,furnace and other heating equipment with low system efficiency to provide heat,which causes serious influence on living quality of farmers.In this paper,the investigation of current situation of the rural residential building in Chong Li was made,and an energy consumption model was established by the software of EnergyPlus in which a new rural house was chosen as the prototype.The research systematically studied the effect of window-wall ratio and envelope parameters on building energy consumption and the effect of envelope parameters on the indoor thermal comfort,and a multi-objective optimization model was built based on chebyshev inequality for the summer and winter conditions respectively.After simulation analysis we can get the change trend of building energy consumption of air conditioning and heating with window-to-wall ratio and the thickness of insulation layer,and the change trend of PMV along with the thickness of insulation layer.In the study of multi-objective optimization,the greater the weight coefficient,the greater the effect of weight coefficient on optimization results,and the decision makers can determine weight coefficient based on his own needs to get the optimal combination of building energy consumption,indoor thermal comfort and cost.This paper systematically analyzed the relationship building energy consumption,indoor thermal comfort and the cost by multi-objective optimization method,which provides a new research idea for the rural residential research.The optimization results can be used to guide design and construction of rural buildings,and farmers can choose optimal construction solution according to his own will.
