The system of tower crane and the design process of energy-saving technology,energy-saving evaluation index system and a regression model is built through the analysis of tower crane and operation of the energy loss characteristics,energy control scheme is given of the tower crane,the main research contents:(1)Illustrates the research background of energy-saving technology of tower crane,purpose and significance,an overview of the tower crane energy-saving technology development survey,respectively,of the tower crane energy consumption and energy saving technology research status.(2)Studied tower crane lifting and falling in the process of energy flow and loss,through analyzing the operating characteristics of the mechanism,the selection of the parameters of model variables,and establish the multiple regression model of energy consumption,and through examples,energy consumption test of tower crane for the analysis and verification.(3)(3)Describes the tower crane energy saving evaluation technology,illustrates the general idea of the construction principle and system establishment of energy-saving evaluation system,analyzes the energy loss factor of tower crane,establishes the evaluation index system of energy saving,and then build the evaluation model,and the model was analyzed and verified,the use of energy-saving evaluation system based on Web the energy-saving design theory,tower crane,puts forward the design idea of energy-saving materials and energy-saving structure;from two aspects of super capacitor RTG and frequency control,find out the key energy-saving technology of tower crane.(4)Through the study of frequency control and energy saving principle,analyzes the energy saving mechanism of tower crane,and then from the super capacitor RTG,electrical equipment and storage equipment in three aspects,the key parameters of tower crane energy saving control scheme is determined to establish the frequency of system energy loss model and the evaluation index and verified,complete the relevant design tower crane frequency control energy-saving.
