In recent years,the domestic green building has entered a period of rapid development,our country requires 20% of new buildings for green building.Domestic green building declaration is divided into operational identification logo and design logo,domestic design logo dominated.Some studies have shown that green building in the actual operation process is not necessarily energy-saving,and indoor environmental quality is not better than non-green building.There are few studies on the environmental benefits of green buildings in China.There are few studies on the environmental benefits of green buildings in China.Most of the studies are from the economic point of view,and lack of quantitative analysis method to evaluate the environmental benefits of green buildings.Energy consumption and indoor environment improvement are taken as the starting point.In this paper,the quantitative analysis system,method and content of green building environmental benefit are studied.In the research process,the comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the environmental benefit of green building,which can well coordinate the relationship between environmental quality and environmental load of the building,and avoids the statistical method of menu-based scoring,but not operation the problem.The traditional green building environmental benefit analysis method is divided into five dimensions: energy-saving environmental benefit,land-saving environmental benefit,water-saving environmental benefit,material-saving environmental benefit and environmental improvement benefit,and in this paper,the environmental benefits are divided into two dimensions,namely,environmental benefits of carbon emissions and indoor environment to improve efficiency.By using environmental energy efficiency(BEE)as the comprehensive analysis index of green building environmental benefit,the balance between environmental quality(Q)and resource consumption load(L)was achieved.The environmental benefit of carbon emission reduction is directly related to the resource consumption load(L),which is the contribution of green building to greenhouse gas emission reduction from the perspective of carbon emission,and the calculation method of environmental benefit is introduced.The improvement efficiency is directly related to the quality of the environment(Q).It is based on human beings living and working in the green building.The physical parameters of the indoor environment and the subjective evaluation of the personnel are investigated,and the methods of concrete calculation are put forward.Indoor humidity,air quality and light intensity,which are the most relevant to carbon emission,were selected as four indexes of indoor environmental benefit analysis of green building.The weights of four indexes were determined by building AHP model.Satisfaction as the scoring criteria and determine the scores and proportions.Finally,through the actual case analysis and analysis of green building and nongreen building,it is found that the environmental energy efficiency(BEE)of green building is better than that of non-green building.In addition,the data analysis shows that the indoor environment benefit The correlation between the index and building energy consumption is proved,which proves the feasibility of this method.
