With the development of modern science,people's demand for material civilization and spiritual civilization is increasing,and the requirements for all aspects of building are also increasing.Green building puts forward higher requirements for modern building.The definition of green building is to save resources(energy saving,land saving,water saving,material saving),protect the environment,reduce pollution,provide people with healthy,applicable and efficient use of space,and harmonize with nature within the total life cycle.With the deepening understanding of the concept of green building and the improvement of the green building standard system,green buildings are also moving toward a higher level.The difference in public building requirements is one of the directions of development.A more scientific and practical requirement has been put forward for the evaluation of public buildings in different climatic zones and different functional types.First of all,this paper aims at the indoor physical environment of public buildings in green buildings,and summarizes the evaluation methods of indoor thermal environment,indoor acoustic environment and indoor light environment.They are PMV-PPD,equivalent [continuous A weighted] sound pressure level and daylight factor.Through the contrast of the green building standard system,the differences in the indoor physical environment requirements of green office buildings,campus buildings,store buildings,hospital buildings and hotel buildings are analyzed,and the performance improvement requirements in green buildings are also analyzed.Secondly,this paper investigates and analyzes the indoor physical environment of four typical public buildings(office,campus,shop and hospital)in Chongqing in the winter,transition season and summer.Understand the current status and prominent problem of the four public buildings in Chongqing.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey of subjective satisfaction,combined with the results of test data,we can analyze the differences of satisfaction when people live in the building.For the thermal environment,the influence of season is mainly analyzed.For the acoustic or light environments,the influence of building types is mainly analyzed.Finally,combined with the requirements of the green building standard,we can analyze the influencing factors of the indoor physical environment and clarify the direction of technical application.The indoor thermal environment is analyzed from the aspects of thermal comfort level and air distribution.The level of thermal comfort mainly analyzes the effects of mean radiation temperature and thermal performance of building envelopes.Air distribution comprehensively evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of bottom supply and top return,top supply and bottom return,top supply and top return.Indoor acoustic environment analyzes how to improve the performance of air-borne sound insulation in building envelopes,and gives the measures for improving the airborne sound insulation of lightweight walls,doors and windows.In the indoor light environment,the relationship between the lighting factor and window-wall ratio or building layout is mainly studied through the combination of test and simulation.
