In recent years,several structure safety problems of high-pile wharf caused by slope deformation were found in Tianjin port.However,current design codes of highpiled wharf just specified slope stability calculation,without any consideration of slope deformation influence on high-pile wharf structure.These codes also did not put forward any effective measures to reinforce slope.Therefore,it is of important value to decrease the negative impact of slope deformation on wharf structure by researching the wharf slope control technology.As an effective method of soft foundation treatment,cement deep mixing(CDM)has been widely used in soft foundation reinforcement projects,but seldom used in slope reinforcement of high-pile wharf.In this paper,three-dimension finite element models of high-pile wharf considering slope-CDM-structure interaction were established,and static analysis was carried out.Through the study of different structure size and section type of CDM,the change law of the reinforcement effect was obtained.The main research contents were as follows:1.This paper briefly analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the existing CDM forms.Combined with a project in Tianjin port,three kinds of cross section forms,such as rectangle,T-shape and m-shape,were selected to analyze the slope reinforcement effects of high-pile wharf.An effective CDM structure for reinforcement slope was proposed.2.Reinforcement effects of rectangular,T shape and M shape CDM of same section were analyzed.Using the method of numerical simulation,the deformation of the pile foundation,the internal force of the pile cap beam connection and the tension and compression stress of the pile are calculated.Taking rectangle as an example to analyze the effect of reinforcement width,it was concluded that increasing the width could effectively reduce the deformation,stress and internal force of pile foundation.The effect of reinforcement depth on rectangle,T-shape and m-shape CDM structure was analyzed and found that the shear force on the pile cap beam connections,the bending moment and maximum tensile stress of the pile first decreased and then increased with the increasing of the depth of the reinforcement.The optimal reinforcement depth existed.3.Through comparative analysis of rectangular,T-shape and m-shape CDM structures with the same section area,it was found that the reinforcement effect of Tshape CDM structure was more reasonable.Compared with rectangle and m-shape structure,the shear force on the pile cap beam connections,the bending moment and maximum tensile stress of the pile of T shape structure under the optimal reinforcement depth were the least,T-shape CDM structure can effectively reduce the adverse effect on the slope deformation of wharf structure.
