The switched reluctance motor is a new type of drive motor,compared with the DC motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor and AC asynchronous machine,it has the advantages of simple structure,reliable operation,excellent speed performance and low cost.It is very suitable for driving in electric vehicles.However,the switched reluctance motor has its own inherent flaws that the torque ripple is large at run time,so it is very important to suppress the motor torque ripple.The research focus of this topic is the design,simulation and parameter optimization of the 750 W three-phase 12/8 pole wheel reluctance motor for i SR-1 dual-drive intelligent electric vehicle.Firstly,the configuration of the switched reluctance motor speed control system is briefly introduced,including the structure of the switched reluctance motor speed control system and the basic principle of the switched reluctance motor.In order to facilitate the motor design,the basic equations and the linear model of the switched reluctance motor have detailed analysis.Secondly,according to the requirements of i SR-1dual-drive intelligent electric car,the 750 W three-phase 12/8 pole wheel reluctance motor is designed.The initial value of the motor structural parameters is calculated by theoretical calculation.According to the electric vehicle driving requirements,optimize the motor performance for get best motor performance,and gives the motor parameter optimization method.Then,the influence of the structural parameters to the performance of the switched reluctance motor is analyzed by using Ansoft simulation software.The key performance parameters of the motor include the slot full rate,the phase effective current,the phase current density,the rated speed,the efficiency and the rated torque,and the influence of various structural parameters for the motor performance is analyzed by using the control variable method.Finally,the method of torque ripple suppression is put forward,and the method of model simulation is used to analyze the torque ripple from the aspects of motor structure parameter and structure shape.The conclusion of this research topic has some guiding significance for the design of switched reluctance motor for electric vehicle driving.
