At present,it has entered a rapid development in subway tunnel construction.And more and more equipment is needed for subway construction,Especially,it is widely used that shallow-buried tunneling method,The demand for corresponding equipment is also increasing.However tunnel loading machine which is used in tunnel construction is hardly to meet the requiring.Mainly it is difficult to achieve horizontal grooves and lateral grooves by machine,Based on the above problems,this paper develops a kind of working device(digging arm)for the subway tunnel construction,at the same time this paper have sum up the method of designing arm.According to the different sections of the tunnel can be completed quickly adapt to the preliminary design of mining arm full section excavation,the preliminary scheme is optimized and improved through the motion analysis and finite element analysis,designs the mining arm products are suitable for all kinds of tunnel.This paper first analyzes the technical status of subway construction equipment,especially the mining arm at home and abroad,and interprets the existing problems of the equipment.Then,through the analysis of shallow buried excavation method,we determined the working conditions of digging arm were mainly divided into five working conditions: digging up the upper soil,digging core soil,digging the bottom soil,digging transverse trenches and digging side grooves.According to these five actual conditions,a mining arm that meets both the mining action requirements and sufficient excavation force is designed.The preliminary scheme of the mining arm is designed by using the skeleton model based on Pro/Engineer.According to the working characteristics of subway tunnel construction equipment,the feasibility of digging arm is analyzed from geometric space dimension,kinematics and dynamics characteristics,structural strength and so on.According to the suitable tunnel space of the equipment,the reasonable arm,the size of the bucket and the position of the corresponding hinges are set.The dynamic analysis of the mining arm is completed,and the performance of the mining arm is determined.The optimum design of the mining arm hinges is made,and the specific parameters of each cylinder are determined.Finally,the 3D model of the optimized excavator arm is analyzed by finite element method.According to the analysis results,the key structural parts including the boom,the two boom,the bucket bar and the bucket bar are refined.Finally,the excavator arm is designed to meet the required performance requirements.This design solves the problem of the tunnel backhoe loader working device can not realize the full section operation,help to improve the efficiency of underground construction equipment during the construction period,reduce the labor intensity of workers,it has broad space and application value,and has a guiding significance for the development of similar products.
