For the status quo of domestic high-power diesel engine governor rely heavily on foreign imports,the study found that the domestic technology short board is electronic speed actuator output capacity can not meet the high power diesel engine oil institutions torque requirements,this paper designed a motor actuators of high power diesel engine speed regulation.In this paper,the demand of the high power diesel engine electronic speed regulator is analyzed firstly,and the requirement target is determined by a certain type of high power diesel engine.The demand for the goal,motor type selection calculation,determine the use of two dc torque motor series coaxial and reduction gear output,in order to meet the requirements of high power diesel engine to the actuators work ability.To achieve accurate motor position closed-loop control,to select the hall position sensor,tachogenerator,current transformer,respectively,as the motor actuator output shaft position signals,motor speed,motor armature current sensor signal acquisition.Due to the motor actuator driving voltage up to 96 v,I improve the "H" bridge driving circuit by using power driving chip IR2184S,and design the drive logic circuit,position signal.speed signal.current signal acquisition circuit,and analyze the 'ground' of driving circuit problem.In this paper,the control strategy of motor actuator is built based on rapid control prototyping simulation technology.I build a rapid control prototyping simulation platform which control core is dSPACE's DS1103 board.For the interference problem of position sensor and speed sensor installed in the actuator,I designed the position signal,speed signal filtering module.This paper analyzes the mechanism of motor commutation control,establishes the control strategy of dc motor,and summarizes the principle of commutation control.Based on MATLAB/Simulink,I designed the position of single closed-loop PID control strategy,position-speed double closed loop PID control strategy,and verified in the motor actuator rapid control simulation platform.Experimental results show:location-speed double closed loop PID control strategy to meet the control requirements of response speed and steady-state error etc.In order to verify the motor actuator's drive and controller whether to meet the demand of high-power diesel engine speed regulation demand,I conducted experimental verification of motor testing stand and experimental verification of high-power diesel engine respectively.Experimental results show that the motor actuator output capacity to meet the demand of high-power diesel engine electronic speed regulation.
