| In order to slow down the speed of energy crisis tendency and reduce the pollution during use of automobiles,the electrification of automobiles has become the current trend of development.With the characteristics of both electric moto and oil-engine drive system,hybrid electric vehicles have good prospects because of the low emissions,high fuel economy,uncharged facilities and battery life constraints.Due to the complicated drive system of hybrid vehicles,a highly efficient and reliable real-time electronic control system needs to be developed.A real-time electronic control system RT-ECU for hybrid electric tracked vehicles based on Matlab/Simulink automatic code generation is developed through rapid prototyping technology with the development process of hardware circuit design,underlying software-driven programing,module packaging and automatic code downloading.While hardware circuit includes the minimum system,digital input&output,analog acquisition,pulse signal acquisition,pulse signal output,CAN,RS232,EEPROM communication module with the digital core of Infineon 32-bit microcontroller TC275.In order to establish the underlying software driver and upper algorithm in Simulink and generate all code files required for control system,underlying software driver is programmed and packed into Simulink module library while TLC files are written to control code generation process.Finally,these codes are downloaded automatically through Boot Loader.A hardware-in-loop simulation platform for powertrain system in series hybrid electric tracked vehicles is established after RT-ECU development is completed.Controller model,drive system model and vehicle dynamic modle are downloaded into three RT-EWCU respectively.Driver operation signals are given to sumulate fixed conditions and hardwarein-loop experimental results verifie the effectiveness and reliability of control system with RT-ECU.To further verify the reliability of RT-ECU,the coupling and confluence device models are built in Simulink based on automated modeling method.The vehicle dynamics and drive system models of parallel-serial hybrid electric tracked vehicles are built in Simulink.An automated modeling and verification platform for parallel-serial hybrid electric tracked vehicles is established with a PC,RT-ECU and USBCAN-II.Direct and driving conditions are defined and automated modeling method is verified according to the power balance equation. |
