The Floating Production Storage and Offloading Unit(FPSO)has been most famous unit in gas production industry because it has great advantages in technology and economics.The FPSOs contains complex process systems with lots of flammable and explosive gas,narrow space and hostile environment which are exposed to huge potential explosion risk The design technology based on risk is being the trend of offshore engineering design.As the most important step of risk analysis,analysis of consequence for FPSO subjected to gas explosion and the blast-resistant performance of structure offer reference to blast-resistant structure design,which has a little guiding significance in engineering.The CFD-based numerical simulation technology for gas explosion has been researched at first.Then the technology is used to analyze the gas leakage accident and gas explosion consequence.The dynamic mechanical performance and damage characteristic of the FPSO structure subjected to gas explosion were studied by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Survey the future trend of the risk analysis of offshore oil engineering in recent years.And make a conclusion of research achievement and progress about explosion risk of FPSO and blast-resistant performance of structures.The procedure for the calculation of quantitative gas explosion risk assessment was concluded,consisting of frequency analysis and consequence analysis of explosion,besides the measures to control risk were discussed.The major analysis methods about gas explosion were discussed,and find that the CFD-based numerical simulation technology has been a significant method to research the gas explosion consequence of offshore platforms.The oil leakage accident of one offshore gas module was analyzed by using software of FLACE based on CFD,and grasp the numerical simulation technology of gas explosion.It is important to note that oil treatment system of FPSO in operation phase have high risk level and need significant attention.The oil gas leakage accident result from failure of crude oil processor was simulation,and the influence of wind director?wind speed?density were discussed.Based on above result,the gas explosion accident was simulation,and find that the surrounding environment of ignition source has great influence on explosion consequence.Study on dynamic response and antiknock property for living building and blast walls were carry out by using software ABAQUS.The influence of load were discussed,and find that the displacement of blast walls depends on both the overpressure and impulse.The shortage of damage index based on displacement,the damage index based on strain was put forward and the P-I curve about blast walls was established.
