Levitation and guidance control,propulsion control and operation control are the three core systems which support high-speed maglev transportation system.The operation control system(OCS)is one of the key subsystems to guarantee the safe operation of high-speed maglev train,which makes it necessary to test the functions and performances of OCS for a long time based on the simulation environment in the development process of OCS.Therefore,for the full-function testing of OCS,it is much more meaningful to establish a simulation system of propulsion control system(PCS)which is a close link of OCS.In this thesis,the operation mechanism of high-speed maglev transportation system was analyzed firstly,and the overall design of simulation system of PCS oriented to OCS testing was completed according to the testing requirements of OCS.Then,the mathematical model of each functional unit in the simulation system was established,and the linear synchronous motor speed controller was designed,on the basis of which,the simulation system of PCS was set up.Finally,a testing environment was built to verify the effectiveness of the simulation system.Research work of this thesis focuses on the followings:First of all,the composition of high-speed maglev transportation system and its operation mechanism were analyzed,and the structure of propulsion and power supply system(PPS)and its interfaces with OCS were emphasized.Subsequently,the overall design of simulation system of PCS was completed according to the testing requirements of OCS.Secondly,the mathematical model of long stator linear synchronous motor and train running resistance model were built.Moreover,the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)control method of inverter was realized in MATLAB/Simulink.Meanwhile,the speed controller of linear synchronous motor was designed based on model algorithm control(MAC)theory.On the basis of above,the simulation system of PCS was set up.Then,according to the characteristics of multiple stator sections in high-speed maglev train system,the timing sequence and control method of stator section switching were analyzed.Furthermore,a kind of speed-related control strategy of stator section switching was brought forward.Finally,the functions of simulation system of PCS were tested in different operation conditions.The results showed the effectiveness of the simulation system developed in this thesis.
