Reciprocating internal combustion engine after years of optimization,with simple structure,good economy and other characteristics of a wide range of applications,and its good adaptability make it known as the main power source of vehicles,aircrafts,ships and other mobile equipment.However,the energy transfer mechanism adopts crank connecting rod mechanism,which leads to the low efficiency of reciprocating piston internal combustion engine,large vibration,side pressure and dead point,etc.,which limits the development of internal combustion engine.With the increasing environmental and energy problems,people will turn to the rotating piston internal combustion engine with strong dynamic power and high energy effficiency.A new type of rotary piston internal combustion engine is designed in this paper.As a power transmission mechanism,the internal combustion engine adopts eccentric shaftt and planetary gear assembly as the power transmission mechanism,the power is 25kW.Firstly,it compares the transmission mode of the gas expansion force,the change of working chamber volume and the work aspect.Then,the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the energy transfer mechanism are carried out,and the rationality of the theoretical model of virtual prototype verification is established.Finally,the modal analysis of the main components of the energy transfer mechanism is analyzed,and the rationality of the model is verified,and the resonance phenomenon is avoided at work.Through analysis and research:The rotating impeller type internal combustion engine is better than the traditional piston type internal combustion engine,smoother operation,and the number of work is multiplied with the number of the rotor piston,higher the power density;The relationship between the number of piston blades and the gear ratio is i = N/(N-1);The variation law of the virtual prototype is basically the same as the theoretical one,which verifies the rationality of the theoretical model;Resonance of the parts almost all in the high-frequency stage,far exceeding the imput frequency of the internal combustion engine,so the design of internal combustion engine parts is more reasonable to avoid resonance phenomeno.
