Engine electronic control technology is to optimize and balance the engine power,fuel economy,emissions and effective technical means,and ECU engine engine is the core component,capable of precise control over engine.With the development of electronic control,electronically controlled engine systems become more complex,its internal control parameters are increased dramatically.In response to the energy crisis and increasingly strict emission regulations and the emergence of energy-efficient dual-fuel engines,joined in the original diesel engine control strategy control strategy of gas,this makes the control parameters to further increase,in order to facilitate debugging or monitoring parameters calibration system is a perfect set of essential tools for development of electric control system for dual-fuel engine.Send in the calibration of electric control system for dual fuel requirements when debugging,using sophisticated calibration systems experience at home and abroad,based on ASAM-MCD design and development of a calibration system for standard protocols.The system consists of dual-fuel engine calibration of ECU calibration software installed,CANUSB communication module,consisting of host computer.In order to ensure the applicability and reliability of the system,using industry-wide accepted ASAM-MCD standards as a basis for the calibration software design and development.Calibration of ECU's microcontroller for dual-fuel engine using a 16-bit MC9S12XEP100 MAG.For the ECU calibration function to ECU software into CAN end driver and CCP-driven program design and development.CAN driver for the ECU to send and receive data as well as the carrier of the CCP Protocol implementation,CCP driver used to resolve the CCP protocol command or data.Calibration software as the system applied during the ECU calibration for all operation and control of the sponsor,the paper discusses in detail the design and development.Use objectoriented features of c # language features integrated with the programming framework of the WinForm,the calibration software consists of CAN communication module,the CCP protocol driver module,A2 L file parsing module,S19 file parsing,module,calibration module,monitoring module which consists of design and development.Finally connected,test whether the calibration system to meet the design requirements,and to demonstrate by experiment of dual-fuel engine of the system applicability and reliability.Through tests and experiments,shows that the system of dual-fuel engine electronic control system for calibration and monitoring can improve the efficiency and accuracy of calibration,plays an important role in the research of dual fuel engine.
