As one of the most important sections in the power system,distribution network undertakes the task of distributing power to customers.The rapid growth of power demand has put forward higher requirements on the power quality,power supply reliability and power supply capability.Meanwhile,as the rapid development of economy and the shortage of construction land,it is difficult to acquire land for distribution network planning and there is higher cost of investment and construction.Thus,the evaluation of distribution network total supply capability attracts lots of attentions recently.In view of the fact that the analysis of distribution network power supply capability does not fully consider the feeder segment and network connection,a path-based algorithm is proposed in this paper to analyze distribution network total supply capability(TSC).Firstly,the method of network simplification and topology description based on supply paths are introduced.The modified depth first traversal is employed to search paths.Then,based on these,by taking path states as variables and taking the minimum number of the operating switches as the objective function,the 0-1 linear programming model is established for the N-1 security verification.After that,by taking the path status and load increment as variables,the TSC analysis model is constructed and transformed into the mixed integer linear programming problem.At the same time,to meet the practical marketing demand of the power supply company,the model is further established to calculate the available capacity of feeder partition satisfied with N-1 security criterion.Finally,by introducing the concept of simultaneous coefficient and load demand coefficient to describe the uncertainty of load,the calculation method of feeder available capability is proposed.And in this part,data mining is used to determine the parameter value.The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by case studies from 10kV medium voltage distribution network in a provincial capital of China,It shows that the proposed method can comprehensively considers feeder segment and network connection,has wider application range,higher calculation accuracy and efficiency.A power supply capability analysis system for distribution network is developed based on the proposed algorithm in this paper.The application of the system has achieved good work,social and economic benefits.
