The distribution network is the bridge between the transmission network and the users of electricity consumption,and is the power corridor of social life.The power supply capacity of the distribution network is related to the quality of the people's life and production.Power supply capacity and power quality directly affect the production efficiency and quality of life in modern society.Distribution network planning is a necessary way to continuously improve and improve the power supply capacity and power quality of distribution networks.With the development of economy and the improvement of power consumption,the growth of power load also urgently requires power companies to continuously plan the distribution network to meet the daily power demand and future development needs.Therefore,before planning the grid,there are two tasks that are paving the way for planning.The first is to accurately diagnose the current situation of the distribution network,diagnose the weak link of the distribution network,and provide optimization direction for the distribution network planning.Second,research on the power supply capacity of the distribution network and formulate a cost-effective distribution network plan.This paper starts with the pre-planning diagnosis and evaluation of distribution network and the distribution network evaluation plan that considers the maximum power supply capacity.The main work is as follows:(1)Collect and sort out the status quo diagnosis and evaluation index of the distribution network,classify the indicators,and perform redundancy processing on the classified indicators,delete the indicators with high redundancy,and finally establish a diagnostic evaluation system for the distribution network.Subjective and objective empowerment is established for the establishment of a good indicator system,and comprehensive weighting is performed based on the consistency of subjective and objective weights.Finally,the method of hierarchical radar map is selected as the evaluation method.Based on the current status of the distribution network diagnosis system,this paper diagnoses the current situation of the pre-plan distribution network,analyzes the existing weak links and locates the distribution network,and provides guidance for subsequent planning.(2)The research is based on the maximum power supply capability model under the feeder multi-segment multi-contact wiring mode,and the model has been modified accordingly.Optimize the load distribution situation of regional power supply capacity,fully tap the regional power grid to provide power protection capacity,effectively reduce the situation of partial main transformer or feeder load rate is too high,and improve the economic operation level of distribution network equipment.Through the analysis of the influencing factors,the mechanism of the TSC model and the key factors affecting the TSC value are understood,which provides the planning direction for some heavy-duty areas.(3)Based on the maximum power supply capacity of the feeder interconnection,the distribution network route planning model is established,and the power supply potential of the distribution network is refined to the feeder level,which saves the substation investment in the planning project,improves the equipment utilization rate,and improves the investment efficiency.The plan also upgraded the distribution network's capacity for supply and diversification,and strengthened the reliability of the distribution network.
