With our country social economy making great progress, the grid size also in unceasing development. The construction of distribution network, therefore, must be fully research, do a good job planning, in order to make maximum power grid power supply ability. However, the grid power load is uncertain. How early in the design will be the uncertainty into account in the planning, make the power grid in the largest power supply ability at the same time, also can increase with the change of load has strong ability to adapt and become the power grid planning researchers focus on the topic. To this end, this paper proposes a grid of considering load uncertainty, maximum power supply capability evaluation algorithm for grid under different planning to load the adaptability of evaluation, provide the basis for planning and construction of power grid.First of all, on the bearing load distribution system after the power supply ability of the relevant concepts are defined, including the distribution network system to provide the maximum capacity of the battery, power supply capacity has been used in the parts and can be used, etc. Research on power system after carrying the load power supply ability of thoughts on the basis of the detailed elaboration, to establish supply network in the meter and the load of power supply capability evaluation model. By using the optimization model to maximize power grid in the power supply capacity and achieve the optimal load changes adaptability. The model is a kind of relatively typical multi-objective, multiple constraints, strives for the optimal problem of linear programming, based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing algorithm for multi-objective optimization function, and ultimately chose the Pareto particle swarm algorithm to solving optimization model provided in this paper.In this paper, according to the relevant characteristics of the distribution network, the uncertainty of load in power system and power grid adaptive study, puts forward the relevant evaluation index system, and analyzes the uncertainty of power load characteristics, and the non sequential monte carlo sampling method is adopted to the uncertainty evaluation of power load in the evaluation of related ideas introduced in probability theory, and combining with the bearing load distribution network power supply system of the related model of the power supply capacity, is bearing the uncertainty of load in power supply system for self adaptation proposed the related analysis method. This way is to provide the power supply system in distribution network power supply capacity and bearing load uncertainty exists between the relationship between the self adaptation.Finally, in suihua local area distribution network, for example, in the same place different scheme supply network power supply capacity in the system the proof of the calculation method of adaptability to get the corresponding adaptive characteristics of the system is effective features, and with no plan and to carry uncertain load were compared.
