Fretting and sliding are two important factors which affect the reliability of electrical contact.The essence of fretting and slippage is the friction between two surfaces that generate heat on the one hand and wear on the surface on the other hand,resulting in corrosion of the surface and leading to increased contact resistance.For electronic systems,fretting and sliding cause the signal becomes weak,seriously fault full disconnection,thus affecting the stability of electronic system.At present,the study of the effects of fretting and slippage on electrical contact is mainly based on experiments.Therefore,good experimental equipment is particularly important.In this paper,the existing micro motion testing system and sliding test system are rebuilt and upgraded.The shortcomings of the micro motion testing system and the sliding testing system are investigated by experimental methods,and the following improvements are identified.The hardware modification of the fretting testing system is mainly aimed at the improvement of the hardware of the fretting testing system,including the improvement of the heating device and the improvement of the acquisition circuit.On the current equipment,the heating speed is slow and the heating temperature is low.In this regard,the power design of the heating plate and the reheating of the heating plate are redone,and the circuit is reconstructed according to the wrong situation of the contact resistance,and the amplifying circuit and the interference suppression of the signal are designed.The heating device of the modified fretting test system has faster heating speed,higher heating temperature and shorter preparation time,and can explore the change of fretting contact resistance at higher temperature.In order to cooperate with the circuit of fretting test system,aiming at the problem of collecting errors in contact resistance,a test system has been redesigned in the subject,replacing data acquisition mode,data processing program and preservation mode,realizing the correct display and preservation of contact resistance.After the reformed fretting testing system,the contact resistance,temperature and pressure are collected better,which provides convenient conditions for the experimental analysis.The heating device design of the sliding test system is mainly aimed at the softw.are and hardware design of the sliding testing system,adding heating device to the sliding test system and improving the temperature control,so that the program can collect temperature,pressure and resistance,and control the temperature in real time.The heating device is added to the sliding test system so that it can simulate the sliding process more truly,and it can explore the sliding failure mechanism under the high temperature environment.
