Shape variable mechanism is a kind of mechanism that can change shape during movement to accomplish a given task.Its maneuverability is strong and it can handle complex work environment.It is the hot in today's research.The design process is to perform the contour analysis on it,and through the mechanism synthesis of the movement of the rod,the final shape-changing mechanism is obtained.First of all,the contour of the shape-changing mechanism with different work requirements is analyzed in this dissertation,and details how to get the average contour of the mechanism through the analysis of the design contour.In order to reduce the computational complexity,this dissertation has compiled the corresponding software,which is designed to simplify the design flow.Then,through the mechanism synthesis,comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the analytic method and the graphic method gives the comprehensive method of the institution.At the same time,the motion characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed,and the best performing mechanism is obtained through fine tuning of the parameters.In the meantime,in order to reduce the complexity of machining,this dissertation analyzes the design method of shape-changing mechanism with flexible material through the known rigid shape variable mechanism.Secondly,this dissertation model and analyze the pseudo-rigid body model of the flexible shape-changing mechanism.After modeling,the mechanism is divided into four-bar mechanisms and five-bar mechanisms,and the other parameters of four-bar mechanisms and five-bar mechanisms are solved by using the known parameters of the shape-changing mechanism,and the results are listed The potential energy function of the whole body,by selecting the extreme point of the potential energy function,determines the steady state of the shape-changing mechanism.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the theory,this dissertation designed the corresponding examples,laying the foundation for the practical application of the shape-changing mechanism.At the same time,in order to ensure the stability of the shape-changing mechanism and increase the application range of the shape-changing mechanism,this dissertation designs a parallel plane variable structure based on the parallel design.By introducing the worm gear mechanism,the shape-changing mechanism to complete the space changes.
