In this paper service condition is analyzed for Customer-Server-Center of Baotou power supply bureau, and its counterpart technique-supporting system is designed refreshed in conception, advanced of technique, safe, economic and expansible. The modernized computer-telephone integration technology, network technology, INTERNET technology and multimedia technology are applied in the system for multimedia Customer-Server-Center, which can serve customers conveniently and quickly. The system is composed of IVR subsystem, telephonist-management subsystem, system-administration subsystem, internal-service-transaction subsystem, external dialing subsystem, multimedia touching-screen inquiry subsystem and WEB Call Center. The service quality and level of Baotou power supply bureau is increased after application of the system.
