| Facing the trend of coordinated development between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the network structure of Beijing,Tianjin and Xiong is gradually presented,which promotes the re organization of the population and function of Beijing.It is necessary to guide the region to form an efficient,interoperable and complementary development model in time and effectively,thus contributing to the construction of the city group in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,thus forming a country oriented to the country.The city is building a new height.In this context,the efficient construction of rail transit has become very important.The rail transportation has the characteristics of efficient interoperability,rapid commuter and small influence on the external environment.It can better shorten the distance between the region and space,and effectively improve the city’s commuter ability.In the rapid development and construction of the city,the rail transit network should be gradually expanded and extended with the development and construction of the city.And through rail transit to promote the construction of regional urban network system,this has become an important issue facing the metropolis development of population agglomeration.Therefore,this paper makes a systematic study on the relationship between rail transit and population,the measurement of rail traffic station,the delimit of the impact range of rail traffic and the dynamic contrast of the construction of rail traffic,so as to get the construction strategy of the balance of the new town,which is guided by the rail transit,and the research conclusions are on the track.The construction of large cities with guidance is of guiding significance.First,through the study of population flow and land use change from 2000 to 2010 in Beijing,it is concluded that rail transit will bring more obvious change of population flow and transformation of urban land function.Compared with the speed of change in the construction of rail transit,the existing planning is often difficult to update quickly,so it is difficult to adapt to the rapid and dynamic development rhythm of rail transit after the construction of rail traffic.Through the research on the dynamic development of rail transit,it is believed that the planning should rely on the dynamic development law of rail traffic to form the planning strategy of elastic land,public service and living and other related elements,so as to let enterprises and live a more pluralistic combination,and the areas that promote the impact of rail traffic have more elastic hair.Exhibition space.Secondly,through the comparison of the changes of the commuting passenger flow during the eight years’ remote sensing observation and the rail transit line in fifty years along the rail transit,it is believed that after the development and construction of the rail transit,there will be three stages,the initial stage,the development period and the stable period.Therefore,the management of rail transit should be from one to three years after completion.It is suitable to promote the vitality of the city,effectively activate the rapid growth of the residential and service industry,and form a paving for the development of the perfected functional system in the region;and in the period of three to five years after completion,it will promote the development of the industry and stimulate the vitality of the industry.Finally,it is concluded that the development of rail transit should be combined with the development environment of the region,and the function orientation of the rail transit stations,the delimit of the influence range and the relationship between the employment and living should be considered,and the development direction of the rail transit should be formed to avoid the development of the homogeneity of the site.In addition,the planning mode of "line"+"point" should be adopted to promote the construction of regional network system and promote the formation of high efficient rail transit as the backbone of the network,so as to avoid the urban and municipal problems such as congestion,pollution and waste caused by inefficient network system. |
