Study On The Design Methods Of Industrial Parks Under The Guidance Of Industry-city Integration Mode

With the national economic restructuring and upgrading,the construction of a new type of urbanization has set new requirements for the development of the economy and industry.The integration of production and the city will become an important way for the development of urban industries.It will enable the positive interaction between industries and cities,then promote the healthy development of regional economy.For a series of social problems in the process of rapid urban growth,it has played a certain role in mitigation and improvement.The one production planning method is based on spatial consideration of industrial planning and living environment,integrating industrial functions,urban functions and ecological functions,building a livable urban development pattern,solving part of the social problems and avoiding the relationship between cities is imbalanced,so as to not only satisfy the demands of industrial development but also meet the overall social and ecological coordination.However,the construction of domestic industrial park rapidly,coupled with the geographical distribution of scattered,many industrial park location similar and repeated construction and thus form a vicious competition,many industrial park focused on real estate development,the industrial agglomeration and gradually exposed just passable,the land use problems.Reasonable industrial park planning is to include living areas and basic living facilities and public service facilities to meet people's needs in the park.This is a development direction that can make people's production and life more convenient.The reasonable planning and design method can improve the utilization rate of land,coordinate the industrial structure in the park,and promote the healthy development of the industry.Therefore,the main research direction of this paper is how to guide the industrial city integration model,and use reasonable planning and design methods to better construct the industrial park and sustainable operation and development.In this paper,typical in domestic and overseas development of industrial parks in the city produced one model park as an example,analyzes and summarizes the experience in the planning process,comparative analysis of different design methods used by the park park construction scale,industry positioning,space combination and space layout,the plane distribution function etc…At the same time,this paper elaborates and analyzes the planning of two production-integrated urban parks in the actual engineering practice,sums up the inadequacies in design and the ways of improvement,and tries to apply the rational planning and design methods in the planning and design of the integrated industrial parks in the future.
