| In 2017,China has completed 10249,000 flights,with the eastern region taking up 80% of the transportation capacity for its just 20% of the land area,and the scientific and effective way of airspace management is more important.In order to improve the support capability of area control center,this paper takes over high altitude of area control center as the research object,through the qualitative analysis,fuel consumption model is established to calculate,fieldwork,questionnaire design and the introduction of SPSS(statistical product and service solutions)are unable to make software for flight FPL(flight plan)cruising altitude excess fuel consumption caused by a factor of ten were analyzed,comprehensive of the above conclusion and suggestion,proposed adjustment transferred attitude to 6000 m(excluding)of the area control center,finally from six aspects to verify the feasibility of the solution and advice is given.This paper includes the following:Firstly,the paper collects relevant data such as the transfer attitude of area control center at home and abroad of the status of airspace classification,and analyzes the purpose,conditions and advantages and disadvantages of its implementation.Second,through basis of the field investigation at area control center of RVSM(Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum)airspace resources,control operation coordination work load increases,the flight dynamic cable redundancy sent three aspects carries on the qualitative analysis;Through data collection,establishing the model of fuel consumption for flights are unable to make FPL cruising altitude increased fuel consumption serious quantitative analysis,From the above four aspects,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of transferred altitude under the current area control center of our country.Through designing questionnaire,using SPSS software FACTOR function,namely,factor analysis function,Screening of serious impact factors for increased fuel consumption,and put forward solutions,adjustment the transferred attitude of area control center in China to 6000 m(excluding).According to the solution,The feasibility of the solution is analyzed in terms of designing questionnaire,selecting research sites,to survey data,collecting data through field research,from the subjective consciousness,controllers sector capacity evaluation,air traffic control unit hardware facilities,work sites,room area,number of controllers,CNS ability and plateau airport. |
