With the rapid development of general aviation in recent years, accidents have increased gradually. The number of general aviation accidents and incident are generally rising from 2008 to 2017,especially in 2016,the number of navigable accidents reached 23,and the number of incident reached 25,general aviation safety and accidents investigation have attracted people's attention.Data analysis in the last 20 years shows that 73% of all general aviation accidents are caused by human factors,in which general aviation pilot factor accounts for 61% of total causes of the accidents.so the investigation and analysis of pilot influence become the focus of accident investigation. At present, the main methods used in the investigation of general aviation accidents investigation in China are the simple immediate cause methods. There are few human factors analysis, and have no complete general aviation human factor analytical framework. In this study, the investigation method and application research of general aviation accidents based on human factors analysis framework have been determined, which has made up for the shortage of general aviation accidents analysis at present.Firstly, with the study and analysis of the characteristics of general aviation accidents' survey, human factors analysis model and general aviation man's conduct, the general aviation accident investigation procedure has been amended and worked out to provide support for human factors analysis in general aviation accidents' investigation,The human factors research model is summarized and its advantages are taken. The general framework of human factor analysis and a sub framework of front-line practitioners analysis are constructed.Secondly, based on the analysis framework of human factors, the qualitative research has been carried out.Three qualitative research methods have been provided, they are check list, fishbone diagram, and management oversight & risk tree.Three methods have different advantages, comprehensive, specific and deep investigation and analysis of human factors can be conducted in generally.Three methods have been also analyzed in the application phase of accident investigation.Again, with quantitative assessments' comparative study of the influence of pilot factors on general aviation safety by grey correlation and BP neural network,it was found that the results were basically the same. It's also complies with the statistics of accident investigation center,it explains the method is advisable, and it can provide practical guidance and key-point prevention for general aviation accidents. Finally, according to the research and analysis conclusions of the previous section, the relevant security suggestions and measures for general aviation safety are provided, mainly to the general aviation pilots, the maintenance personnel, the ground security personnel, the air traffic controllers, the aircraft personnel and the management,it's also a support for the rapid development of general aviation safety.
