The paper mainly studies international standards and aviation accident investigation system in developed countries. This paper analyze the general aviation accident investigation in the weak links of general aviation in China, searching the improvements connecting the advanced security management concepts with characteristics of China's general aviation .The paper offers some positive suggestions according to the connection of China's general aviation accidents investigation with international practice and international development trends.In the system design and implementation aspects, this paper takes Civil Aviation Flight University as the background , building a general aviation accidents (unsafe events) investigation system based on Hiweb.NET.
