The research of aviation safety risk is always accompanied with the development of aviation industry. It has been the focus of the aviation industry from the flight exploration period before the 20 th century,to the piston engine aircraft period in the1940 s,and now to the jet aircraft period. In particular,a series of aviation safety incidents have taken place in recent years, and aviation safety has attracted wide attention from the public and media.Hainan airlines holding co.,ltd.is one of the four major air transport groups in China and is determined to become a world-class and excellent aviation enterprise and aviation brand of the Chinese nation. In terms of aviation safety, hainan airlines has built a multi-level system safety protection network based on the guiding principles of clear and transparent, systematic and comprehensive, risk preposition and active prevention. At the same time further strengthen the safety awareness, improve the level of safety management and operation quality.According to the statistical data of relevant literature, human factors have become the second largest factor leading to flight accident symptoms. Therefore,it is urgent to establish a safety assessment model for flight personnel of hainan airlines,to explore measures to improve flight safety based on the analysis results,to reduce accident and accident symptom rate, and to improve the company’s safety management level.Given that aviation risk management is a systematic project, this paper mainly studies the influencing factors of pilots.Through the SHEL model and HFACS model,a case study is conducted on the QAR data of hainan airline insecurity incidents in recent years. In the next three years, all QAR warnings were classified and statistically analyzed with the analytical model. Finally, the chi-square test was conducted at all levels to obtain the correlation between human factors and flight safety of hainan airlines. On the basis of the above analysis, put forward the QAR data monitoring into the SMS system, the formation of flight safety team, the construction of pilot safety records and measurement of core risks and measures and other solutions. The research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for hainan airlines to reduce the occurrence of human error,to reduce the company’s economic loss,to improve the flight operation efficiency.thus it improve thecompany’s economic benefits, and explore a mode suitable for the control and management of human factors in hainan airlines,so as to realize the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
